Even a small company
has responsibilities.
ESG reports aren't only for big companies. A five-person company has things it promises too. We publish our progress every year.
Our three promises
Users' right to control their own data
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) in D-SKET Canvas is free forever. No matter how our revenue changes, we will always offer the option for users to control their own costs with their own API key.
Social economy and nonprofit organizations — free forever
Social enterprises, cooperatives, and nonprofits use the entire D-SKET product suite for free. There is a verification process, but the cost is zero. We will maintain this regardless of revenue pressure.
Technical decisions made in the open
We share on our blog the technologies we chose, the ones we didn't, and the attempts that failed — including the reasons behind each decision. So that the startups that come after us can make fewer of the same mistakes.
Internal policies
In our first year, we put six internal policies in place. They were drafted and reviewed with legal counsel.
R&D management policy
A structured R&D process · KOITA certified
Information security management
Customer data encryption, isolation, and access control
Finance & accounting management
Transparent financial operations · quarterly external audits
Harassment & bullying prevention
A healthy organizational culture · anonymous reporting channel
Flexible & remote work
A flexible work system · results-oriented evaluation
Terms of service & privacy
Legal review completed by attorney Jiyeon Min
