소개 (Introduction)
Cilium API는 JSON 기반이며 cilium-agent가 제공해요. 이 API의 목적은 개별 에이전트 인스턴스에 대한 가시성과 제어를 제공하는 거예요. 일반적으로 모든 API 호출은 해당 API를 제공하는 개별 cilium-agent가 관리하는 리소스에만 영향을 미쳐요. 보안 신원 해석(security identity resolution) 같은 일부 선택된 API 호출은 클러스터 전역 가시성을 제공해요. 이러한 API 호출은 특별히 표시돼요. 명시되지 않는 한, API 호출은 로컬 에이전트 리소스에만 영향을 미쳐요.
API에 접근하는 방법 (How to access the API)
CLI 클라이언트
API에 접근하는 가장 쉬운 방법은 cilium CLI 클라이언트를 통한 것이에요. cilium은 같은 노드에서 실행 중인 에이전트의 API를 자동으로 찾아 접근해요. 하지만 -H 또는 --host 플래그를 사용하면 cilium 클라이언트를 임의의 API 주소로 지정할 수 있어요.

DELETE /endpoint/{id} — Delete endpoint Deletes the endpoint specified by the ID. Deletion is imminent and atomic, if the deletion request is valid and the endpoint exists, deletion will occur even if errors are encountered in the process. If errors have been encountered, the code 202 will be returned, otherwise 200 on success. All resources associated with the endpoint will be freed and the workload represented by the endpoint will be disconnected.It will no longer be able to initiate or receive communications of any sort.
