개요 (Overview)
Pinot 컴포넌트는 Prometheus 메트릭 형식으로 지표를 내보낼 수 있어요. Prometheus는 이 메트릭을 스크레이프(scrape)해 시계열로 저장하고, Grafana 대시보드에서 시각화할 수 있어요.
Pinot 메트릭 내보내기 (Exporting Pinot metrics)
Pinot은 기본적으로 내장 메트릭 레지스트리(Micrometer/Yammer 기반)를 사용해요. Prometheus로 메트릭을 내보내려면 Pinot 구성에서 Prometheus 메트릭 레지스트리를 활성화하고, 각 컴포넌트가 Prometheus 형식의 메트릭 엔드포인트를 노출하게 해요.
Prometheus 스크레이프 구성 (Prometheus scrape config)
Prometheus 설정에 Pinot 컴포넌트의 메트릭 엔드포인트를 스크레이프 대상으로 추가하세요. 각 컴포넌트(controller, broker, server, minion)의 메트릭 포트를 대상으로 지정해야 해요.
Grafana 대시보드 (Grafana dashboards)
Prometheus 데이터 소스를 Grafana에 연결하고, Pinot 모니터링용 대시보드를 구성해 쿼리 지연, 세그먼트 수, 적재 래그, JVM 지표 등을 시각화할 수 있어요.
